Can I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. We send a design preview within 24–48 business hours before production. Your case will not be printed until you approve the artwork.

What photo works best?

A clear, front-facing photo in natural light works best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. One pet per case gives the cleanest result.

Can I add my pet’s name and dates?

Yes. You can add your pet’s name, memorial dates, or a short message.

Can I use a photo with two pets?

One pet per case is recommended for the cleanest result. Two-pet designs may be possible, but may need a simplified layout.

What counts as a small revision?

A small revision includes text correction, placement adjustment, or light line-art/layout changes.

Can I cancel my order?

If artwork has not started yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once the design preview is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled because it is custom made.

What if my case arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact us with photos and your order number. We will help with a replacement.
