Because each memorial phone case is custom made with your pet photo and personal details, we cannot accept standard returns for approved personalized designs.

We are happy to help if there is a production issue.

Please contact us if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, different from the approved design, or in the wrong phone model due to a production error.

To request help, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will help with a replacement.
